  • I threw together "A Men's Room Monologue" for a homework assignment for one of my freshman college classes. I had barely learned animation software and definitely didn't know how to record good sound. But somehow this cartoon went viral, attracting millions of viewers across 2005's pre-YouTube wild west of an internet. Even though it's so crude and outdated, I am forever grateful to this little Flash toon. From its popularity, I got offers to create more animation (from companies like National Lampoon, Cracked, and even Playboy.) I was able to start freelancing during college, earning me some extra cash and more importantly, jumpstarting my career as an independent animator.
